Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Peerspectives - Peer Review Training Course for this [Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter] Semester [YYYY].


We were pleasantly surprised by the overwhelmingly positive response to the course announcement and received even more applications than we had anticipated. Unfortunately, due to the limited number of available mentors for the upcoming semester, we could not provide all applicants with a spot on the course.


While we were impressed by your application, it did not receive high enough priority in the selection for acceptance. However, we have placed you on a waiting list and will contact you by [MONTH DD YYYY] if any spots become available. We are doing our best to provide all qualified and interested students with an opportunity to participate. Should it not work out this semester, we strongly encourage you to apply in a future semester.
