Email text body: Dear Peerspectives Applicant,

We are pleased to inform you of your acceptance into Peerspectives - Peer Review Training Course for this [Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter] Semester [YYYY].

We were very encouraged by the great interest, and we received more applications than anticipated. Your application stood out, and we hope you will join us for this elective class in the coming semester. Please let us know if you plan to participate by confirming your spot and returning the attached confidentiality agreement to [your email address] before noon on [MONTH DD, YYYY]. If circumstances have changed and you no longer wish to take this course, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer students on the waitlist a spot.

The confidentiality agreement is required to enroll as [the BMJ] manuscripts we will be reviewing have not been published. In the coming weeks, we will send you a complete course syllabus.

The mandatory pre-course assessment (writing a peer review report for a research paper on your own) will be sent by email on [MONTH DD, YYYY] and will be due by [MONTH DD, YYYY]. Please budget sufficient time to complete the assignment during these weeks.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Best regards,

The Peerspectives Team
